Any changes to these Terms of Service will be effective immediately from the date of publication.

Limitations of Use

By using Yarn Assistant and our website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, any entity you represent, and your users that you will not:

• modify, copy, create derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer Yarn Assistant or any materials and software in Yarn Assistant or on our website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from Yarn Assistant or any materials and software in Yarn Assistant or on our website;
• transfer Yarn Assistant or any of its materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
• use Yarn Assistant or any of its services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service we provide;
• use Yarn Assistant or any of its services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in Yarn Assistant and on our website is owned by or licensed to Yarn Assistant. You are permitted to download Yarn Assistant for personal use only, to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device.

This is a license grant, not a title transfer. This license will automatically terminate if you breach any of these restrictions or these Terms of Service, and Yarn Assistant may terminate it at any time.

User-Generated Content

Right to Terminate

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service that is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent of its void or unenforceable nature. The validity of the remaining Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. You irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
